I’ve written another review for Milt and his team at American Refrigeration and Heating, but wanted to share another. We were so thrilled with his honesty and integrity helping us in the summer of 2023, we moved some finances around and had his team install a new system that Fall. We just got out of the sizzling 2024 summer and our electric bill is DOWN $200 per month!! Even on the Enid average plan, we could spike to $300, our bills this summer were $140. Furthermore, the owner of ECDC was needing some duct work done and her “normal” guys told her they wouldn’t do it. The front offices were not cooling, so we told her to switch to Milt’s team. Not only did they re-route some ducts, but they also found one of the AC’s had a defective part and were low on charge–which the “normal” guys didn’t fix when called earlier. If you’re tired of feeling like customer service in Enid is down the tubes, try American Refrigeration & Heating. They know what they’re doing and they take pride in it.
